During the period from April 11, 2025, to August 31, 2025, Flebu Eesti OÜ is implementing the digitalisation roadmap project No. 2021-2027.1.02.25-0429. As part of the project, the company’s supply chain, business model, and business processes will be analysed in cooperation with digitalisation experts. Bottlenecks in all company processes will be identified, and optimal solutions enabling automation and digitalisation will be determined.

The project is co-financed by the European Union with a contribution of €7,500.
