Flebu deliver high pressure fans for a range of applications.

 

A typical application for high pressure fans is of inert gas systems. Inert Gas systems are used in gas tankers, LNG and LPG, tankers intended for crude oil or refined products, and for offshore vessels with storage of oil and gas.

The intension is to ensure a high level of safety for vessel to prevent the atmosphere in cargo tanks or bunkers from coming into the explosive range.

 

The fans are tailor made with regards to volume flow, pressure, materials, surface treatment direction of outlet, etc

Materials in static and dynamic parts are according to specifications

The fans can optional be delivered in spark free version, heat isolated or noise isolated.

 

Typical types of high-pressure fans:

 

Flue Gas Fans

Flow capacity up to 30 000 m³/h, total pressure up to 30 kPa, with negative pressure down to -20kPa and temperatures up to 400ºC. 

Coated inside with Jotun Chemflake or Baltoflake pending on system temperature.

 

 

Single Combustion Air Fans

Flow capacity up to 30 000 m³/h, pressure up to 30 kPa, temperatures up to 400ºC.

Air fans can be delivered with silencer at the inlet

 

Dual Stage Combustion Air Fans

High pressure combustion air fans solutions for Inert Gas systems

Flow capacity up to 30 000 m³/h, pressure up to 71 kPa temperatures up to 400ºC.

Air fans can be delivered with silencer at the inlet.
